Gifty Assifuah scored in the 2nd minute and a few seconds to halftime. Grace Asantewaa scored Ghana’s third goal in the 8th minute.
The Black Queens of Ghana gave a delightful performance to fans at the nation’s capital, Accra.
The friendly served as a warmup for the 2023 WAFU B Cup of Nations and the African Women’s Cup of Nations 2024 qualifiers.
The Ghanaian female footballers will face Senegal again on Tuesday afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Swiss-born Nora Häuptle has been the manager of the Ghana women’s national team since January 2023.
