A relative of Akosua Serwaa, wife of the late Daddy Lumba, has explained that their family was never happy with the treatment the musician meted out to their daughter.
According to her, Lumba mistreated Akosua Serwaa in their several years of marriage, but their family had to be silent on it because they didn’t want drama.
“I am Adjoa Adiyiah, and Akosua Serwaa is my daughter. He has been unfair to my daughter, but because we don’t want drama, we have decided to let sleeping dogs lie. If not for Abusuapanin and Odo Broni, who wrote a letter to her, she wouldn’t have gone to court,” she said.
He continued, “My daughter never decided to go to court, but the actions of the Abusuapanin and the greed on his part led her to go to court. Do you know that she actually wanted to take some of the kids because they are many”.
