On May 6, 2024, London’s renowned Lighthouse Theatre played host to a momentous celebration of Ghanaian highlife, headlined by the iconic Daddy Lumba.

This highly anticipated concert marked Daddy Lumba’s triumphant return to the UK stage after a considerable absence, drawing a capacity audience eager to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Ghana’s musical heritage.

The evening was further enhanced by unannounced appearances from celebrated Ghanaian artists Samini, Shatta Wale, Medikal, and fellow highlife luminary Kofi Nti.

Their dynamic collaborations with Daddy Lumba vividly demonstrated the expansive range of Ghanaian music, seamlessly blending time-honoured rhythms with contemporary sounds.
