Celebrated Ghanaian gospel songstress Piesie Esther has stated that she doesn’t consider herself the best gospel artist in the country at present.
Piesie Esther has released her latest single, ‘Nyame Ye. Following the immense success of the new single, the celebrated Ghanaian gospel singer has been widely recognised as the current best gospel artiste in the country.
Speaking to the press after arriving at Kotoka International Airport from America on Thursday, Piesie Esther stated that while grateful for the support, she humbly disagrees that she is the best gospel artiste presently.
According to the ‘Nyame Ye’ crooner, “Even Jesus Christ was asked the same question… No, even though the song is doing well, I can’t say I’m the best currently… God is the greatest… We are just his disciples… It would be wrong for me to brag that I’m the best now.”
