At the grand opening of The Palladium Residences in Accra, a new development by YADL, Construction Logistics Limited, and Pegasus Realty Gh, Nollywood star Jim Iyke’s presence added a touch of celebrity glamour to the event.
The launch, which took place at Achimota’s ABC Junction on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, demonstrated the project’s ambition to create a vibrant, mixed-use community.
Among the attendees were notable figures like media mogul Bola Ray and gospel artiste Cwesi Oteng, as well as potential investors and residents.
The event featured a traditional dance troupe, which performed to entertain the guests.
Following their performance, Jim Iyke instructed his personal assistant to give two of the female dancers a gratuity.
Astonishingly, the sharp lenses of HotfmGhana.com captured the PA of the Nollywood legend clad in white Jeans with a White and black shirt, giving a mere GHC50 cedis to the two grown female dancers.
After handing over to them, Jim Iyke, clad in green apparel, added another unexpected twist to the moment by bursting into laughter.
