Founder and Board Chairman of Bills Microcredit, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, has shared a memorable and transformative encounter he had with his lecturer in the UK.
According to him, the lecturer foretold his entrepreneurial success when he was much younger.
In a recent interview with Bola Ray on YouTube, Richard Quaye recalled that Michael Mainwaring, his lecturer at the London College of Accountancy had inquired from him about his plan postgraduation.
According to Richard, Michael Mainwaring assured him that his success would be enormous such that he would pay him (his lecturer) a visit to the UK in a private jet.
“My lecturer, Michael Mainwaring, called me aside one day and asked, ‘Richard, what are your plans after school?’ And I was like, I’m trying to think about it to see whether I will go, and he was like ‘No, I want to believe that when you go back home, you will succeed way better than when you stay here.
