John Mahama in his speech today after the Supreme Court ruling did not just speak about his reservations about the outcome but also used the opportunity to advertise the NDC to Ghanaians.
Mr Mahama who was the Petitioner in the 2020 Election Petition case encouraged supporters of the Party to remain strong and continue to throw their weights behind the party.
According to him, there are about 6million Ghanaians who believe in the NDC and voted for the party thus that should serve as a true hope of a promising future despite their current nemesis.
Speaking on why Ghanaians should choose the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the future, Mr Mhama said the NDC is a party that welcomes everybody wholeheartedly unlike other parties which discriminate.
Mr Mahama stressed that NDC holds the key to unleashing fabulous policies that will drive the land of Ghana through a transitional state of positive change thus Ghanaians should continue to support the party.
“The NDC shall bounce back, we are the party for all and we welcome all people from all places. The NDC will always remain the party of the people and I am confident that out of the ashes of this legal setback, we will bounce back,” Mr Mahama partly said.
