Celebrated UK-based Ghanaian Afrocentric artiste Joseph Matthew’s newest track, “Love In You,” has garnered consequential acclaim within the Ghanaian music scene, particularly catching the ear of legendary sound engineer Kaywa.
David Kojo Kyei, better known as Kaywa, a figure responsible for crafting hits for numerous top-tier Ghanaian artistes, has publicly praised the song, describing it as “Solid.”
Despite not being involved in the production of “Love In You,” Kaywa expressed his long-standing admiration for Joseph Matthew’s work.
He conveyed to Hotfmghana his unsurprised reaction to the song’s quality, recognizing its potential as a strong contender for reggae song of the year.
Produced by the acclaimed Francis Osei, ‘Love in You’ is a love song in which Matthew expresses his affection for a woman.
‘Love in You’ is accompanied by a compelling live music video. This release adds to his growing discography, which includes popular tracks like ‘Hallelujah’, ‘Nyame Ye’, The Name, Blessed, Promise Land and ‘Fear No Evil’.
