The studios of Accra-based radio station Hot 93.9FM witnessed one of the most shocking sights as two members from the two major political parties in Ghana; NDC and NPP nearly exchanged blows on live radio.
The two politicians are Ellen Ama Daako who is an aspiring National Women’s organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and Kwaku Asafo Adjei – a member of the communication team of the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
While discussing the recent Dr. Bawumia’s lecture about the economy as panelists on political talk show of the station ‘Dwene Ho Biom’, the topic burst the two politicians into heated arguments.
According to Kwaku Asafo Adjei, Ghanaians pay taxes to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government and what Alhaji Doctor (Dr) Mahamudu Bawumia said during the speech delivery is all lies.
Ellen Ama Daako in defending the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ended up daring Kwaku Asafo Adjei to tell her the lies about Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s speech.
This made Kwaku Asafo Adjei angry and as a result, he began to attack Ellen Ama Daako with offensive words.
The aspiring National Women’s organiser of the NPP reacted to Kwaku Asafo Adjei and they ended up arguing, which nearly resulted in the exchange of blows.
