Ghana’s defender Baba Abdul Rahman is currently not in good shape but there is the inclination that he will not be back on the pitch for Ghana’s crucial World Cup PlayOff against Nigeria.
Rahman has been Ghana’s first choice left-back and was a regular in the group stages of the qualifiers. He is currently on loan at Reading from English giants Chelsea.
The Black Stars left-back has been out with an injury he suffered during Reading’s game against Preston North End last month.
His manager, Paul Ince revealed that the defender will be out for two weeks, which meant he will be missing Ghana’s game against Nigeria at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Friday, March 25 before travelling to Abuja in four days time for the second leg.

According to the source, the sensational left-back has been named by the technical team of the Black Stars as the possible replacement .
