A 40-year-old farmer has been butchered by unknown assailants at Nchira a suburb of Wenchi in the Bono Region. A Report gathered says the incident occurred on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, when the victim paid a visit to his farm.
The deceased, Atta Kwaku Patrick is a known citizen of Wenchi Nchiraa. An Eye witness told our correspondence Nana Anfreh Damanata that the untimely death occurred after receiving multiple cutlass wounds from the assailants.
The body has since been deposited at the Wenchi Methodist Hospital morgue. Hon Justice Owusu Antwi, a relative to the lost soul, said the victim went to his farm on Tuesday, April 4 this year and never returned. A manhunt by family and friends on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, discovered his lifeless body at the farm.
