Nene Tetteh Wakah III, the Paramount Chief of Prampram Traditional Area and President of the Prampram Traditional Council, has stressed the vital role of peace and unity in the progress of both communities and the nation.
His remarks came during the launch of the 2024 Homowo Festival, a significant event in the Prampram calendar, highlighting the need for harmony and togetherness as essential pillars for development.
During his address, Nene Tetteh Wakah III underscored that the Homowo Festival is not just a celebration but a platform to showcase the rich cultural heritage and traditional practices of the Prampram people.
He emphasized that such cultural events are crucial in preserving history and fostering a sense of identity and continuity among the community members.
The Paramount Queen-Mother of Prampram Traditional Area, Naa Osabu Abbey I, also spoke to Hot News, urging the youth and residents to maintain the prevailing peace.
