Hotfmghana.com can state emphatically that Dr. Kwesi Botchwey who was the former Finance Minister under the late Former President, J.J Rawlings’ regime died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra on Saturday, November 19 after a short illness.
The late 78-Year-Old ardent member of the NDC served between 1982 and 1995, becoming the longest-serving finance minister.
