Former Captain of the Black stars Asamoah Gyan has vented his spleen over the exclusion of Anderlecht midfieder Majeed Ashimeru from the Ghana squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup playoff against Nigeria.
Black Stars interim coach ,Otto Addo officially announced his 27-man squad for the World cup playoff against Nigeria.
The coach invited six midfielders but Majeed Ashimeru has been left out. In a post on his twitter page, the all-time Ghana goalscorer labelled the exclusion of Majeed as nonsense.
According to Gyan, apart from Thomas Partey, Majeed is better than the rest of the Players .
