Fire has ravaged over 15 houses at Akoto Lante in the Greater Accra Region . The Fire, which started at around 10am on Monday, 19th April,2012 took firefighters close to one hour before quenching it .
According to Hot FM’s reporter ,Nyansa Boadi , all the houses that got burnt were wooden structures.
Revealing the cause of the fire, Nyansa allegedly said,” I am told a woman was cooking then she went out to go and buy something then the fire she was cooking with caught her house”.
He stressed that,” no casualty has been recorded so far”.
