Legendary Veteran Ghanaian actor, Abeiku Nyame, better known as Jagger Pee has stated that he saw the death of late Veteran actor Prince Yawson also known as Waakye in his dream.
The late Waakye died on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra after suffering a mild stroke.
Reacting to the demise of the former Akan Drama actor in an interview on Hot 93.9FM’s social program ‘Ay3 Hu’ – hosted by Nana Ampofo, Jagger Pee astonishingly revealed that he dreamt about the demise of the former days before he died.
” Waakye and I have been very good friends…We were more like brothers…We started our acting together during the late 80s. We were very close…But Nana Ampofo, do you know something? It’s very strange. Do you know the Thursday before the Tuesday Waakye died, I saw his demise in my dream”. Jagger Pee told Nana Ampofo
Explaining how he saw the demise in his dream, the celebrated Veteran actor said,” I saw a coffin with many people crying around it …so I asked my wife who had died and why they were crying…My wife then got close to the coffin and peeped inside the coffin…Immediately she saw the one in the coffin, she started shouting and wailing, immediately she decided to reveal the one in the coffin to me, I got up from my sleep”.
Jagger Pee affirmed that together with his wife had decided to go and visit Waakye at the 37 Military Hospital before he had a call that he had kicked the bucket.
Jagger Pee together with the late Waakye starred in hit movies such as ‘Ogboo, ‘Fatal Decision’,Man Woman and Chorkor Trotro TV series. They also featured in most of Harry Laud’s productions.
Meanwhile, Sensational UK-based Ghanaian gospel artiste Joseph Matthew (JM) has bagged two nominations at the most prestigious Gospel music awards scheme in Ghana; Ghana National Gospel Music Awards.
Joseph Matthew(JM), who lives in the UK has been doing music, specifically gospel, over the years with a series of hit songs to his credit. The celebrated ‘Blessed’ hitmaker’s hardwork and dedication to his music have helped him in bagging two nominations at this year’s awards.
He has been nominated in the ‘Gospel Artist Of The Year(Diaspora) and Gospel Song of The Year(Diaspora) categories respectively with his hit song ‘Not Alone’.
Joseph Matthew(JM) is currently out with his newest single track dubbed ‘Blessed’ .The song is currently enjoying massive airplay on both radio and TV.
