Ghanaian actress and Yaa Asantewaa of our time, Yvonne Nelson have thrown another subtle jab at the presidency and those in high positions.
According to Yvonne Nelson, Ghanaian politicians only think about their stomachs, families and girlfriends.
Yvonne Nelson in a new post noted that she and other Ghanaians will never stop heaping pressure on politicians until they start doing the right things to better the country and the lives of citizens.
Ghanaians online have taken the Akufo-Addo-led government to task by speaking about issues hurting the development of Ghana and its effects on citizens.
Nelson earlier tweeted that she was going to keep up the pressure on the president and has started as she promised.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote;
“Our POLITICIANS have taken us for granted for far too long! Im happy the youth now GET it! We will mount the PRESSURE until they do right! We aint STOPPING any time soon. Our DEVELOPMENT money is either in their STOMACHS or FAT ACCOUNTS #fixthecountry #fixthecountry
