The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced emergency National Executive Committee (NEC) and National Council (NC) meetings scheduled for Thursday, July 4, 2024.
This decision, mandated by National Chairman Stephen Ayesu Ntim, comes amidst heightened internal discussions and strategic planning within the party.
In a formal notice issued by General Secretary Justin Kodua Frimpong, NEC members are expected to convene at 2:00 p.m., followed by the NC meeting at 3:00 p.m.
Both gatherings will take place at the Asante Hall, Alisa Hotel, marking a critical juncture for the party’s leadership to address current challenges and chart a course forward.
“This is a pivotal moment for the NPP,” stated Frimpong, emphasizing the urgency of these meetings in shaping the party’s direction ahead of upcoming political engagements.
As the party prepares for crucial upcoming events, including national elections, these meetings are expected to play a crucial role in fostering cohesion and setting strategic priorities.
