Five people have been arrested in connection with the death of an Asante Kotoko supporter, Francis Frimpong, also known as Pooley.
Frimpong was allegedly stabbed to death during a Ghana Premier League match between Nsoatreman FC and Asante Kotoko at Nsoatre on Sunday, February 2, 2025
in the Bono Ahafo region. The incident occurred during the Matchday 19 fixture.
News of the arrests was reported on Hot 93.9FM’s Aye Hu Midmorning Show, hosted by KK.
