Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, is scheduled to meet communication officers of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the branch level across the constituency on Friday, August 14, 2026.
The engagement, which is expected to begin at 7:00am at the MP’s residence in Wassa Agona Amenfi, will bring together the party’s grassroots communication officers for discussions on party and constituency matters.
The meeting is expected to provide the officers with an opportunity to engage the MP directly, ask questions, raise concerns and share ideas on issues affecting the NDC and residents of Amenfi Central.
Among the issues expected to come up are the state of the party’s grassroots communication, the welfare and concerns of constituents, ongoing development projects and projects expected to be undertaken in the constituency.
The MP is also expected to brief the communication officers on developments within the constituency and engage them on priorities for the area.
The meeting is seen as an opportunity to strengthen coordination between the constituency’s parliamentary leadership and the NDC’s branch-level communication structures.
All NDC branch communication officers in Amenfi Central have been encouraged to attend the engagement and participate in the discussions.
The meeting forms part of efforts to improve grassroots engagement and ensure that party communicators are adequately informed about issues concerning the constituency and its development.
