A three-member panel of the Court of Appeal has unanimously ordered the Bank of Ghana to restore the operating license of GN Savings and Loans Company Limited with immediate effect.
The decision of the second-highest Court of the land overturns both the Bank of Ghana’s revocation orders and its subsequent affirmation by the High Court.
On Thursday, May 21, 2026, the Court of Appeal panel of three unanimously held that the revocation of the company’s licence was unfair and unreasonable.
