The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has signed a partnership agreement with JAC Motors and Tryton Motors Limited as part of efforts to strengthen support for football development in the country.
The agreement was signed on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the GFA Conference Room in Accra.
The partnership is expected to see the automobile brands collaborate with the GFA on a number of football-related initiatives, sponsorship activities, and promotional engagements aimed at supporting the growth of the sport.
Officials at the signing ceremony described the collaboration as an important step in deepening private sector involvement in sports development while creating stronger links between football and corporate Ghana.
Under the agreement, Tryton Motors, the official representatives of JAC Motors in Ghana, will support activities involving the Black Stars, the Ghana Premier League, and the Women’s Premier League.
Speaking at the event, GFA Vice President Mark Addo expressed gratitude to the two companies for their commitment to Ghana football.
He noted that partnerships of such nature remain essential to the association’s broader vision of improving and developing the game across all levels.
Representatives of JAC Motors and Tryton Motors also indicated that the partnership forms part of their commitment to community engagement and sports development in Ghana.
The agreement becomes the latest corporate partnership secured by the Ghana Football Association as it continues efforts to attract investment and support for football development nationwide.
