A member of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) communication team, Chris Dugan has said that the Electoral Commission Chair, Madam Jean Mensa is the most incompetent person he has ever seen
According to the NDC Stalwart, the husband of Madam Jean Mensa, Mr. Adukwei Mensa can even attest that she is very incompetent so he(Chris Dugan) realised that Ghana is a sick country when President Akufo-Addo appointed her as the EC chairperson.
In an interview with Kwabena Owusu of Ghana First TV, sighted by Hotfmghana.com, Chris Dugan affirmed that,”I have worked with Jean Mensa at IEA before, and can therefore tell publicly that she is the most incompetent person to ever be appointed as the EC chair”.
The outspoken NDC Communicator backed his claims by alleging that,” Jean Mensa could not do any administrative work she was tasked to do. Her husband Mr. Adukwei Mensah had to write her speech for her. I realized that Ghana is a sick country when the President appointed Madam Jean Mensa as EC Chair.”
