A member of the National Communication Team for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ali Ibrahim, has made a candid revelation that some members of the ruling party celebrated late into the night following Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s victory in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries.
