The Education Director for Awutu Senya East, Madam Faustina Alimatu Braimah, visited several examination centers in the municipality as the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) commenced nationwide on Monday, July 8.
This year, over 8,000 candidates in Awutu Senya East Municipality are expected to participate in the exams.
During her visit, Madam Braimah motivated the candidates, urging them to remain courageous and put in their best efforts as they took their exams. She emphasized the importance of hard work and determination in achieving success.
In a related development, Adams Habibulah, the assemblyman for the Opeikuma-Krispocity Electoral area, also toured some schools in his jurisdiction.
He advised the candidates to avoid any actions that might result in the cancellation of their papers. To support their efforts, he donated mathematical sets to the students.
The recipients of the mathematical sets expressed their gratitude and shared their thoughts on how the donation would aid them in their exams.
