President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Jones Borteye Applerh as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, effective immediately.
The appointment, announced in an official letter dated January 21, 2025, is in accordance with Article 195(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana, which grants the President the authority to appoint the Chief Executive Officer of state-owned enterprises.
