Most recently, Kuami Eugene received a lot of backlashes after he revealed in an interview that he wasn’t going to collaborate with Guru because he had insulted his boss, Richie Mensah.
His comments did not go down well with Guru who in a Facebook post emphasized that the only reason he wanted to collaborate with Kuami Eugene was because of the admiration he [Guru] has for Kuami’s craft.
Lynx Entertainment’s boss Richie Mensah later reacted to the issue, saying that his signee Kuami Eugene never disrespected Guru as many people may think.
But Kuami Eugene reacting to the backlash has revealed that he doesn’t hold any grudge or whatsoever against rapper Guru.
According to him, he has nothing but respect for Guru, who has been a key figure in the Ghanaian music industry for the past 10 years.
Kuami Eugene made this known while speaking in a recent interview with Kuami B on Kasapa102.5fm. He also stated that he wishes Guru will bounce back stronger and resume his streak of dropping back to back hit songs.
“I wish @gurunkz should bounce back to producing the 10 hit songs he releases every year.” Kuami Eugene told Kuami B of Kasapa Fm.
