A member of the communications team for the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has asserted that whenever former President John Dramani Mahama assumes office as President of Ghana, citizens suffer widespread hardship.
Speaking in an exclusive interview on Hot 93.9 FM’s Hot Morning Drive hosted by Oman Nana, Lambert Appiah—commenting on the Traffitech-Gh initiative—stated that he cannot fathom the kind of spirit that accompanies the former President’s leadership.
“Anytime Mahama comes to power, people cry. I don’t know the kind of spirit that follows him,” the NPP communicator stated.

Elaborating on the traffic monitoring technology, he noted, “Even though Traffitech-Gh is a good initiative, its implementation has been poor. I think the government should review it so citizens can adjust properly.”
Lambert Appiah Rockson is a member of the NPP’s National Communication Team and a parliamentary aspirant for the party in the Ablekuma South constituency in the Greater Accra Region.
