Samuel Boadu To Be Sacked After FA CUP Final; Expatriate Coach To Replace Him

0 is reliably informed that the head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu is set to be sacked after the team’s FA Cup final match against Bechem United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday .

Boadu won the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League title in his first season at the club to end their 12 year wait to lift the coveted and giant trophy.

He also guided the Phobians to a famous double at the end of the season when he won the FA Cup against Obuasi Ashantigold SC. But this year’s Ghana Premier League Season did not favour the Former champions as the team could not even make the top four list.

The Phobians lost all last 4 matches: 1-0 to King Faisal, 2-1 to Eleven Wonders , 3-0 to Accra Great Olympics and painfully lost 4:1 to RTU. Hearts of Oak hardly encounter a losing streak. This one of the worst performances the team has recorded in many years.

The question many, especially supporters of the Club are asking is whether the ‘Bones are getting rotten’ because this is not the Heart of Oak they know.

The board of the Accra-based club are currently unhappy with recent results and even though Boadu has again qualified the team to the FA Cup final, they are considering sacking him .’s sources at the club revealed that the club hierarchy is bent on sacking Coach Samuel Boadu even if he wins the FA Cup final against Bechem FC on penalties.

The former Medeama SC gaffer has been asked by the Rainbow Club to defeat the Bechem Club convincingly via open play. He is set to be replaced by an expatriate Coach who is currently in Ghana according to our sources
