Video: Tiktok Star Asantewaa Refuses To Meet Me After Sending 5K Euros-Ras Nan Alleges

Holland-based Ghanaian Afrobeats artiste, Ras Nan has accused popular Ghanaian Tiktok star Asantewaa of refusing to meet him after contacting her to feature in his upcoming music video .

According to Ras Nan, his manager Kamal Mohammed contacted Asantewaa to feature in the upcoming music video which was supposed to be shot in Ghana.

The ‘Revelation’ crooner indicated that after flying all the way to Ghana over three weeks ago, the Tiktok Star has refused to pick up his calls.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with ace broadcaster Fiifi Pratt on Accra-based Kingdom FM, Ras Nan said:

“I told my manager to contact Asantewaa so she can feature in my upcoming music video to be shot in Ghana…initially her manager charged GHC5,000.00 but i sent my manager 5,000.00 euros….but it’s been three weeks now i came to Ghana and she is nowhere to be found…She has refused to pick up my calls”. The overly dejected Ras Nan alleged.

The popular Holland-based Ghanaian Afrobeats star stressed that,” She is just a Tiktoker whom I wanted to help… I flew with a First Class ticket to Ghana because of her…I just wanted to help her – only for her to portray such shambolic behaviour towards me… the way she has acted unprofessionally ,I don’t think I can work with her again…i have to fly back to Holland”.

Ras Nan’s manager, Karmal Mohammed expressing his disappointment as a pundit on the show on how Asantewaa has failed to honour her promise  advised that,” Asantewaa has to show respect to the pacesetters in the industry..She must learn that some people have been here before her so she must show respect”.

He cleared the air that even though the ‘Revelation’ hitmaker sent him the 5 Thousand euros, he is yet to give the money to the Tiktok star.

Asantewaa,shot to fame during the Covid-19 lockdown when the use of Tiktok became a fashion and most Ghanaian ladies got hooked on it.

Ras Nan, who started his music career five years ago has ten singles to his credit. Some of the songs are: Fall, Summer Time, Revelation, Boomboom ,and Mama.
