The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into the deaths of two children in Kakpayili, a suburb of Tamale in the Northern Region. The children’s bodies were discovered on June 30, 2024, in an abandoned vehicle within the community.
A brief police statement revealed, “The children had been reported missing on 25th June, 2024.” Their bodies have been sent to the Tamale Teaching Hospital Morgue for preservation and autopsy as the investigation continues.
