C/R: Man In Police Custody For Refusing To Pay Agreed GH₵600 To Sex Worker After Rendering Him All-Night Service

A 25-year-old man has been detained in police custody at Mankessim in the Mfantseman municipality of the Central region for refusing to pay a commercial sex worker for her services.

Reports indicate the partners went into an agreement for a fee of GH₵600.00 to the lady when full-night sex services were rendered without using protection.

According to the lady, the suspect agreed to pay the money and serviced him as conferred.

But in the morning when the man was supposed to honour his part of the agreement, he was not forthcoming and tried to run away secretly but was grabbed by the determined lady who didn’t want her labour to be in vain.

She grabbed him at the Mankessim roundabout, dragged him to the police station and asked the officers to help her collect her fee.

When asked if the allegations were true, the man confirmed that they went into an agreement as narrated by the lady but could not honour his part of the deal.

The young man is still in police custody since his detainment on Thursday morning, January 19, 2023.
