Eschew Violence – Nkoranza NDC PC Tells Constituents

The Parliamentary Candidate for the National Democratic Congress in the Nkoranza South constituency, Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum has asked his constituents to refrain from acts that will undermine peace during and after the elections.

With a week to the general elections, the former Member of Parliament who was also Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development in the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama administration said that there is the need for electorates make better judgment in choosing a leader who is visionary and can bring development and prosperity to the constituency and the country at large.

Speaking to Hot News, Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum admonished the youth to eschew violence during and after elections. He added that:

“Let us all come together, build Nkoranza and our homeland Ghana.” He also called on the people of Nkoranza South Constituency to go out and vote on December 7 without fear or panic.”

Mr Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum accused the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, and its Parliamentary Candidate, Charles Konadu Yiadom of making the living conditions of the constituents worse despite promising them better living conditions and also engaging corrupt activities. “The NPP government is the mother of corruption since this country came into existence. This NPP president can’t do anything to help the country because they came to steal.”

He appealed to the people of Nkoranza South to vote for John Dramani Mahama and himself based because of the unprecedented achievements the NDC government did in their tenure.
