Ghana’s rising music sensation DBee is back with another captivating tune, this time titled “Break Up” featuring the soulful songstress Veola.

The song, which delves deep into the emotional highs and lows of love lost, is already making waves with its newly released music video, now streaming on YouTube and airing across several TV stations nationwide.

Veola, known for her smooth vocals and raw emotion, brings a refreshing balance to the record.

Her verse and harmonies beautifully complement DBee’s heartfelt delivery, blending Afrobeat, soul, and R&B influences to create a sound that feels both modern and timeless. Her presence on the track adds depth — giving “Break Up” the emotional weight of a real-life story told from two sides of a broken love.

“Break Up” perfectly blends DBee’s smooth Afrobeat flow with Veola’s soothing vocals, creating a powerful chemistry that captures the raw emotion of heartbreak. The track tells a story many can relate to — the struggle between holding on and moving forward.

Fans can stream “Break Up” on all major digital platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, and Audiomack, where it’s already gaining traction and finding its way onto popular Afrobeat playlists.

“This song shows a different side of DBee — it’s raw, emotional, and honest. We wanted to remind fans that love and pain are both part of life’s rhythm, and music is how we heal through it. The video captures that energy perfectly, and we’re proud of the growth DBee continues to show as an artist”, Dennis Ofosu, DBee’s manager, said.

With “Break Up”, DBee continues to prove that he’s not just another newcomer in Ghana’s fast-evolving music industry — he’s a voice with depth, emotion, and purpose. And if this release is anything to go by, fans can expect even more heartfelt and genre-bending hits from him in the months ahead.
