Ghanaian musician and traditional chief, Ahmmed Kanneh Larweh, widely known in entertainment circles as Sparqlyn, has revealed that the remainder of this year and the years ahead will be focused on deepening his presence within the European diaspora community.

Speaking after completing a four-country European tour, with stops in France, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, Sparqlyn noted that the experience broadened his vision for expanding Ghanaian music beyond African audiences.
According to him, although his music enjoys strong popularity within African communities across the continent and abroad, the tour made it clear that his next mission is to ensure his sound and cultural influence reach a truly global audience.
“For years I have promoted Ghanaian music and culture across Africa and Asia.Now after touring Europe, I have seen the potential to go even further.The diaspora is ready, and Europe will be a major focus for me,” he said.
Sparqlyn also disclosed that he has an upcoming collaboration with TEENO, a German-based artist, which is a new single and a music video scheduled for release soon.
As a multiple award-winning African musician and a traditional chief from the Manya Krobo Traditional Area, Sparqlyn emphasized that his work in Europe will extend beyond music. He outlined a series of initiatives he plans to undertake in 2025, including:
Cultural exchange programs,
Music festivals and live showcases,
Diaspora engagement and outreach,
Educational initiatives,
Youth development projects

He further noted that these efforts will not only elevate his craft but also strengthen connections between Ghana, its diaspora communities, and the broader global music landscape.
