Sierra Leonean Artist Blasts Kuami Eugene Over Upcoming Event In Australia

Sierra Leonean afro-pop artiste, Fresh Medo has slammed multiple award-winning Ghanaian afro-pop / Highlife artiste, Kuami Eugene for accepting to perform at a nanoscopic venue in Australia.

Kuami Eugene, on 28th October 2022 will be performing at Forrest train Hotel in Australia. The show also features Australia-based artiste  VIctor J Sefo – supported by Dj Larkx, Dj Spycenz, Dj Fle and Dj Twitch

In an Instagram post sighted by Hotfmghana.com, Fresh Meddo who is currently based in Australia slammed Kuami Eugene for accepting to perform at the Forrest Train Hotel.

According to Meddo, Forrest Train Hotel is not conducive for a big artiste like Kuami Eugene to perform there thus he is extremely perplexed that an A-list artist like the ‘Confusion’ hitmaker will be performing at such a venue.

“Ah, Chale, I surprise… wey superstar dey cam perform for this kind venue…I expected a larger space for Kuami as an A list artist”, He wrote in Pidgen.

Known in real life as Mohammed Junior Kanneh Stage name, Fresh Meddo was Born in Sierra Leone, raised in Liberia and Ghana but currently lives in Australia. Though from Sierra Leone, he lived many years in Liberia and in Ghana.

You may notice that from the different genres of music he does, Koloqua which is called (Liberian English), Krio which is also (pigeon English in Sierra Leone) and a little bit of Ghanaian language (Twi).

His music has widely been accepted by Afro-pop music lovers in Ghana and beyond, he is a household name both locally and internationally.

He has featured in a number of musical events on both local and international musical platforms. His recently released single which is really making waves on various radio and TV stations is part of his recently released album dubbed ‘The Journey’. The album, “THE JOURNEY” is on all digital platforms.
