A member of the communication team of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lambert Appiah Rockson, has pleaded with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to make Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum his running mate for the 2028 general election.
In the 2024 general election, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh served as the running mate to NPP leader Dr. Bawumia.
However, speaking on Hot 93.9 FM’s Hot Morning Drive hosted by Oman Nana, Lambert Rockson pleaded, “I beg Dr. Bawumia to make Dr. Adutwum his running mate for the 2028 election.”
According to Lambert Rockson, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has a better pedigree compared to Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh; hence, he is the right candidate to help the NPP win power in 2028.
Lambert Appiah Rockson, apart from being a member of the National Communication Team of the NPP, is also contesting for the NPP parliamentary candidate position for Ablekuma South in the Greater Accra Region.
